Gabriel's lips twitched with a brief smile as he gave her shoulder a reassuring pat. “I'm a grown man, not so easily hurt. It's late.

Estelle understood he needed sspace. She nodded. “If you can give Sylvia what she needs, I'll back you all the way to win her
back.”
With that, she stood up and looked at Jonathan. “Let's go.”
