Chapter 1120: She began cleaning the grass around the tomb, her hands soon covered in dirt. Her small figure seemed almost swallowed by the surrounding weeds.
Suddenly, a pair of black military boots appeared in front of her. She looked up to see the tall figure of a man in black trousers.

"Did you chere alone?" Keith asked, glancing around.
Eileen rose to her feet, brushing the mud from her hands. “No.” Keith raised an eyebrow, turning to face her. "Where are the others, then?" A smile tugged at Eileen's lips. "You're here, aren't you? So I'm not alone." Keith chuckled softly. "You've got your mother's spirit. She used to joke like that with me, too." Eileen watched as Keith took the shovel from her and began clearing the grass around the tomb.
"Is that so? You still can't forget her. It's been so many years. You should move on with your life now," he said. Eileen just stood there, watching.
The earthy scent of freshly turned soil and the fragrance of crushed weeds filled the air.
Keith, dressed in his usual black trousers, a simple sports t-shirt, and a cardigan sweater, looked every bit prepared for the task.

"Would you like to hear the story of your mother and me?" Keith put his hands on the shovel handle and gave Eileen a complicated look.
Eileen lowered her gaze. "It's all in the past. There's no need to bring it up again. But I can't help wondering... How did things fall apart between you two? The bond you shared seems so strong." Keith's eyes narrowed as he looked into the distance. "True love can't survive without absolute trust and purity. Without that, it becomes impossible to sustain." "Impurity?" Eileen echoed, her mind racing. Could there have been someone else in Keith and Dottie's relationship?
"Your mother and I were on the verge of getting married. Not everyone in our families approved but we were resolute convinced we would spend our lives together. But then..." Keith's voice trailed off, and a shadow of pain crossed his face.
Eileen recalled what Leyla had told faced her-that the Aston family had faced financial ruin. It was her father, who had been addicted to gambling, and Dottie had been the one to support Keith through that dark time. However, when the storm had passed, they had broken up.
"Your mother used her influence as the daughter of the Vazquez family to arrange meetings with potential om investors to save the Aston family. NO We didn't need much-just eighty million. But those heartless people saw it as an opportunity to make things difficult forbecause of their old grudges against the Aston family," Keith said. Eileen knew that in business, one would always make senemies, and the Aston family was no exception.
